采用GC/MS-SIM测定苯佐那酯样品中甲苯溶剂残留的含量,峰面积标准曲线法定量,加热温度为90℃,平衡时间为30min顶空进样,SIM定量离子m/z92,参考离子m/z93,91,89和65。甲苯浓度在0-100μg/mL内呈良好的线性(R2=0.99994)。方法相对标准偏差为3.34-6.12%,回收率在95.0%~102.4%之间;检测限为0.3μg/mL;符合定量分析的要求。

Determination of toluene solvent residues in the samples of benzene with GC/MS-SIM. Standard curve method of peak area is used as a quantitative method. The heating temperature of the sample was 90℃, the equilibrium time was 30min, SIM m/z 92, m/z 93, 91, 89, and 65. The concentration of toluene was linear in 0-100 g/mL (R2=0.99994). The relative standard deviation of the method was 3.34-6.12%, the recovery was between 95.0~102.4%, the detection limit was 0.3 g/mL, which was in accordance with the requirement of quantitative analysis.
