采用先进的铁模覆砂铸造技术和废钢增碳技术,选择合适的化学成分和控制工艺来生产QT750-5合成球铁凸轮轴,其力学性能为:抗拉强度超过≥750 MPa,断后伸长率≥5%;基体组织是铁素体和珠光体的混合基体,基本无自由渗碳体和磷共晶存在,实现了内燃机凸轮轴材质从传统合金铸铁向高强高韧性球墨铸铁发展的飞跃。
採用先進的鐵模覆砂鑄造技術和廢鋼增碳技術,選擇閤適的化學成分和控製工藝來生產QT750-5閤成毬鐵凸輪軸,其力學性能為:抗拉彊度超過≥750 MPa,斷後伸長率≥5%;基體組織是鐵素體和珠光體的混閤基體,基本無自由滲碳體和燐共晶存在,實現瞭內燃機凸輪軸材質從傳統閤金鑄鐵嚮高彊高韌性毬墨鑄鐵髮展的飛躍。

The cast QT750-5 synthetic ductile iron camshaft was produced by using the advanced iron coated sand casting technology and scrap steel carburizing technology,with choosing the proper chemical composition and controlling production process. The tensile strength of the cast QT750-5 synthetic ductile iron camshaft was more than or equal to 750 MPa,and the elongation is greater than or equal to 5%. The matrix microstructure was the mixed matrix of ferrite and pearlite,and there was no free cementation and phosphorus eutectic. The development of the engine camshaft material from the traditional alloy cast iron to high strength and toughness ductile iron has been realized.
