针对雷达组网对空域目标滤波估计时目标机动建模问题和系统非线性滤波建模问题,提出了交互多模型自适应平方根无迹滤波(IMM-ASQUF)算法,该算法融合了交互多模型算法对目标机动模型的自适应机动建模能力和自适应平方根无迹滤波(Adaptive Square Root Unscented Filter,ASQUF)处理非线性高斯噪声系统良好的滤波估计性能,避免了 UF 的 Cholesky 分解遇到非半正定矩阵容易发散、不准确滤波初值造成滤波发散以及异常扰动影响滤波效果等问题,较好地解决了机动建模问题和非线性滤波建模问题。仿真验证表明,构造参量的 IMM-ASQUF 估计计算精度高,机动跟踪自适应性强,工程可用性好。

To solve the problem of modeling maneuvering target and nonlinear filtering while tracking airspace target with radar networking system(RNS),an interacting multiple model-adaptive square root unscented filter (IMM-ASQUF)was proposed,which combined the modeling adaptability for maneuvering target of interacting multiple algorithm with good performance of adaptive square root unscented filter(ASQUF)in dealing with non-linear relationship.ASQUF avoided the problems that Cholesky decomposition in UF without dealing with non-positive semidefinite matrix,and inaccurate initial value may cause filter divergence,and then disturbance may interfere with filter result in RNS state estimation.Simulation results demonstrated that constructed-parameter IMM-ASQUF proposed had high precision of state estimation,strong adaptability in tracking maneuvering tar-get and good usability engineering.
