在移动互联网技术逐渐成熟的新形势下，高职院校要基于学生依赖移动互联网学习的特点，发挥移动互联网资源丰富、形式多样、实时监测、时空区域广泛、生动灵活等优势，探索学生党建工作的新思路：构建领导机构、职能部门、实施主体等多者衔接的工作网络，保障移动互联网党建的技术到位，利用好移动互联网党建互动性强的特点，将党建工作中的理论性与趣味性有效结合，建立更加丰富多样的移动互联网党建模块。
