上海地区酒店竞争日趋白热化,酒店生存与发展面临严峻挑战。本文基于项目投资的财务评估理论,以A酒店为例,从建设投资估算、利润估算、盈利估算角度对浙江世贸君澜酒店有限公司投资的A酒店的管理建设进行财务估算分析,这对财务评估体系在国内的发展运用具有一定的借鉴价值。

With ever-increasing competition, many hotels in Shanghai face the challenges of surviving and developing. Based on the financial evaluation theory of project investment, the paper makes a financial evaluation of management and construction of Hotel A invested by Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel based on estimation of construction investment, profit and gains. The study is a kind of reference to the application and development of the financial assessment system in domestic use.
