通过对广州市某民营医院五年来医患医疗纠纷进行查阅、分析、总结，以是否有病情告知书、是否手术、死亡率、是否患有多种疾病、医患沟通及医疗纠纷的处理方式等为主要研究内容，通过纠纷病人和普通病人各项指征的对比，探求医患之间引起医疗纠纷的缘由。针对产生医患矛盾的原因，探讨建立医疗安全监控系统及构建和谐医患关系的方法，从而为提高医院管理工作水平及构建和谐医疗环境提供有效的经验和借鉴。

The paper explores the reason of medical disputes between doctors and patients through the review, analysis and summary of medical disputes and indications comparison between the dispute patients and ordinary patients in a privately operated hospital in Guangzhou for the past five years. It mainly studies the notice of illness, operation, death rate, the patients’ suffering from various diseases, doctor-patient communication and the treatment of medical disputes between the dispute patients and ordinary patients. In view of the causes of doctor-patient contradiction, it explores the possibility of establishing a medical safety monitoring system and the method of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, so as to improve the level of hospital management and provide effective experience and reference to build a harmonious medical environment.
