对高密度城市住区来说,绿化在提高周围环境的热舒适方面很有潜力。选取上海地区的两个典型高密度住区,在2012~2013年间的不同季节对绿化体系进行了现场实测,采用实测方法来评估绿化介入的影响,主要关注绿化体系对户外空间热环境的影响,如空气温度、湿度的变化。为调查对室外空间的致凉能力,采用对绿化的影响进行分类并分析的经验模型,这些影响基于不同变量,其中包括有无绿化、绿化类型、绿化覆盖率、季节以及时间因素。结果验证了有绿地比无绿化的温度要低,且在夏季晴天环境温度越高时降温幅度越明显,此间的平均降温幅度为2~3℃;并发现在城区环境中,树荫是一个很重要的设计因素,因为拥有大树冠树木的致凉效果比轻微遮挡的开敞草地更有效率。

For high-density urban living environment, vegetation is a potential strategy in improving the thermal environment of surroundings. This study chose two typical high-density residential developments in Shanghai, and conducted field experiments in different areas of two communities to evaluate the cooling effect of vegetation in different seasons during 2012-2013. In order to demonstrate the capability to cool outdoor spaces, an improved empirical model for the effect of vegetation is mainly categorized and analyzed according to different variables, including with or without vegetation, vegetation types and covers, seasons and times. Finally, it is conducted that areas with vegetation are cooler than those without, and has better performance when environment temperature is higher, average 2-3℃cooling at peak summer clear sky days. It also shows shading is an important design factor in urban environments, since trees with high-wide crown are found more efficient than open lawns in low-shade condition.
