MOOC作为一种新兴的学习模式，近年来为高等教育带来了种种变化。在众人高呼“慕课时代”到来的大背景下，学者忙于关注它对高等教育入学门槛、资源配置、资源优化等方面的影响，而对于关系大学生就业问题的职业能力培训却少之又少。笔者通过文献分析法、访谈法等形式分析我国高校现行大学生职业能力培训的问题、了解MOOC的特点以及其与该项培训的契合，并从大学生职业能力培训的理论层面、实践层面等提出设想，以探究MOOC对它的影响。

In recent years , MOOC has brought various change to higher education as a new learning pattern .While everybody appeals to the “Time of MOOC”and most of the scholars are de‐voting themselves to studying MOOC's influence on the entrance of higher education ,resource allo‐cation ,resource optimization and so on ,few pay attention to the vocational skill training of college students .In this paper ,by means of literature analysis and interview ,the author analyses the prob‐lems of the current vocational skill training in Chinese universities ,explores the characteristics of MOOC and combines it with the training and puts forward proposals from the level of both ideology and practice so as to probe into the influence of MOCC on the training .
