在学历继续教育发展的过程中,对普通高校学历继续教育人才培养模式也在不断地探索,特别是在教材建设、课程体系设置及人才培养方案等方面进行了卓有成效的研究。实践中,普通高校学历继续教育人才培养存在诸多问题,主要表现在:培养目标不清晰、课程设置不合理、教学过程不完善,以及质量监控不健全。对此,需要树立正确的学历继续教育观,从“三类合一”人才培养、教学方式、课程考试、毕业论文等方面推进普通高校学历继续教育人才培养模式改革。普通高校学历继续教育人才培养改革研究,有助于基于同一质量标准,将函授教育、业余教育和网络教育这三类学历继续教育打通培养,科学地构建人才培养模式,从而推进继续教育全面协调可持续发展。

In the development of diploma continuing education ,there are extensive researches on the talent training of diploma continuing education in colleges and universities ,among which sig‐nificant achievements have been made in the construction of the textbooks ,course delivery and tal‐ents training .Practically ,there exist many problems in the training of talents in diploma continuing education ,which can mainly be reflected in indefinite training goal ,inappropriate delivery of cour‐ses ,incompletion of teaching process , and imperfection of quality supervision . Therefore , we ought to uphold the right outlook on diploma continuing education ,promoting the talent training reform from four perspectives ,namely ,“three in one” talents training mode ,teaching methods , course exams ,and graduation thesis .The research can help link up correspondence education ,spare time education and online education with the same standard , and construct a scientific training mode of talents ,improving the comprehensive ,coordinated and sustainable development of contin‐uing education .
