分析了1-3-2型弧形压电陶瓷复合材料的压电特性与声学特性,给出了相关参数的计算表达式。采用切割弧形压电陶瓷并填充有机物的方法,制作了1-3-2型弧形压电陶瓷复合材料,并进行了性能参数测试。利用研制的1-3-2型弧形压电陶瓷复合材料制作了水声换能器并在标准消声水池中对电性能指标进行了测试。结果表明:弧形1-3-2型压电复合材料及其换能器件,在工作频带内具有模态单一,不易发生变形,高频时可实现宽波束发射以及制作工艺简单等优点。

The piezoelectric properties and acoustical characteristics of cambered 1-3-2 piezocomposite material were analyzed,and the computation expressions were given in this paper.By incising and filling the cambered PZT piezoelectric ceramic resonator,the cambered 1-3-2 piezocomposite material was fabricated.The performance parameters of the cambered 1-3-2 piezocomposite material were measured.The underwater transducer was manufactured and measured based on the cambered 1-3-2 type piezocomposite material.It is shown that this type of piezocomposite material and underwater transducer have the advantages of pure mode in the working frequency range,wide beamforming at high frequency,easy way of fabrication and so on.
