大数据环境下电力企业的商业模式创新，既要立足电力行业的特点及基础，又要有前瞻的意识。有鉴于此，结合电力大数据现状，列举了大数据的定义，阐述了其在电力行业中的特性，在此基础上，分析了电力企业现有的商业模式，探讨了大数据环境下电力企业的商业模式创新，并就电力企业创新商业模式提出了建议。

The business mode innovation of electric power enterprises in Big data environment should not only be based on the characteristics and basis of electric power industry, but also have the consciousness of foresight. Because of this, combining with the present situation of electric power Big data, this paper lists the definitions of Big data, and expounds its characteristics in the power industry. then analyzes the electric power enterprise's existing business mode, discusses the business mode innovation of the electric power enterprises in Big data environment, and the suggestions on the business mode innovation of electric power enterprise are proposed.
