针对引信 MEMS 接电开关 L 型梁闭锁机构存在的闭锁不稳定被弹开的问题,提出了改进后的微接电开关闭锁机构。该机构用 Z 型梁代替了 L 型闭锁梁,能够实现快速、稳定闭锁的功能。仿真验证表明:在选取了合适的倾斜角之后,该闭锁机构在3600 g 的后坐载荷下能完成预期的闭锁动作并能保证闭锁稳定性,在过载环境下也能确保结构不被破坏。
針對引信 MEMS 接電開關 L 型樑閉鎖機構存在的閉鎖不穩定被彈開的問題,提齣瞭改進後的微接電開關閉鎖機構。該機構用 Z 型樑代替瞭 L 型閉鎖樑,能夠實現快速、穩定閉鎖的功能。倣真驗證錶明:在選取瞭閤適的傾斜角之後,該閉鎖機構在3600 g 的後坐載荷下能完成預期的閉鎖動作併能保證閉鎖穩定性,在過載環境下也能確保結構不被破壞。

Aiming at the problem in the bounced latching of the L-shaped latching beam for the MEMS latching structure,a new locking mechanism of the micro inertial switch with the Z-shaped latching beam was presented in this paper. The mechanism took the place of the L-shaped beam with the Z-shaped beam.The switch could stably and expeditiously finish latching.The finite element simulation of the new mechanism showed that,after selecting the appropriate tilt angle,the mechanism could complete the expected locking action in 3 600 g back-loading and ensured contact stably when locked,and even in the overload environment the mechanism would not be destroyed.
