为积极促进学生的优质学习和实践、探究、创新、合作等能力的全面发展,基于“以学为中心”这一先进的教学理念设计了“免疫印迹”实验课程。此课程设计围绕学生的自主知识构建,综合运用主动学习、合作学习、探究式学习、基于问题的学习等多项教学策略,以师生交流平台和学习资料库为前提,创建了课前、课堂、课后三位一体的学习情境,成功地将教学活动的中心由教师转移到学生。

The experiment course “Western Blotting”is designed based on the advanced learning-centered teaching idea to actively promote students’high quality learning and fully develop their abilities in practice, exploration,innovation,cooperation,etc.This course design surrounds the students’independent knowledge construction,uses a combination of teaching strategies such as active learning,cooperative learning,inquiry learning,problem based learning,creates a learning situation composed of before-class,class and after-class on the premise of a communication platform with a learning database for students and teachers,and successfully transfers the center of teaching activities from teachers to students.
