The teaching practice of aquatic ecology and aquaculture experimental teaching demonstration center in Tianjin Agricultural Institute has been systematically analyzed,and university initiatives and experimental teaching reform have been demonstrated,which includes improving infrastructure platform,enriching the experimental teachers team,innovating talent training scheme,standardizing the internal management system, etc.And features and achievements of experimental teaching demonstration center are also introduced.In summary,this center has established a novel teaching mode of the experiment teaching under the unique background of modern agriculture of coastal city,and provided the innovative ideas for the construction of national experimental teaching demonstration center.
