采用湿法消解大蒜样品,用原子吸收光谱法对陕西武功和山东金乡大蒜中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu 和Mn共6种元素的含量进行了测定,并进行了加标回收率实验。结果表明:不同产地大蒜中元素含量存在明显差异。

The content of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mg and Ca in garlic which comes from Wugong and Jinxiang were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples are digested by wet digestion.The standard addition recuperation experiment was done.The result shows that there exists difference.
