搭建了烟气脱硝实验教学平台,该平台由催化剂制备平台和烟气脱硝系统实验台两部分组成。以浸渍法制备 V2 O5/TiO2催化剂为例,介绍了所需试剂、仪器和催化剂制备方法,从演示性实验、验证性实验和创新性实验3方面对教学实验项目进行了设计。烟气脱硝实验可以加深学生对烟气脱硝知识的理解,提高学生自主学习能力,增强学生实践动手能力和科研创新意识,在创新型、复合型人才的培养中发挥了积极的作用。
搭建瞭煙氣脫硝實驗教學平檯,該平檯由催化劑製備平檯和煙氣脫硝繫統實驗檯兩部分組成。以浸漬法製備 V2 O5/TiO2催化劑為例,介紹瞭所需試劑、儀器和催化劑製備方法,從縯示性實驗、驗證性實驗和創新性實驗3方麵對教學實驗項目進行瞭設計。煙氣脫硝實驗可以加深學生對煙氣脫硝知識的理解,提高學生自主學習能力,增彊學生實踐動手能力和科研創新意識,在創新型、複閤型人纔的培養中髮揮瞭積極的作用。

The experimental teaching platform for flue gas denitrification has been built.It is composed of catalyst preparation platform and test bed for flue gas denitrification system.The V2O5/TiO2 catalysts prepared by an impregnation method are taken as an example to introduce the needed reagents,apparatuses and catalyst preparation method.The teaching experiment items have been designed from the three aspects of the experiments from demonstration, verification to innovation. The established experiments on flue gas denitrification can enhance the students'comprehension for flue gas denitrification,improve their autonomous learning ability and strengthen their hands - on practical ability and scientific innovative consciousness.The experimental teaching platform for flue gas denitrification will play a positive role in cultivating the innovative and compound talents.
