为提高农作废弃物甘蔗渣对重金属离子的吸附性能,制备了均苯四甲酸二酐改性甘蔗渣。采用扫面电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X 射线能谱仪(EDX)、电位滴定等方法对改性甘蔗渣进行了表征。考察了改性及未改性甘蔗渣对 Pb2+和 Cd2+的吸附效果。结果表明,改性后甘蔗渣对 Pb2+和 Cd2+的吸附容量显著提高,其对重金属离子的吸附可在50 min 内达平衡。该研究可作为高年级综合化学实验,使学生深入了解生物吸附材料的制备及其应用,激发学生的研究兴趣,提升学生的操作技能。

In order to improve the adsorption performance of sugarcane bagasse for heavy metal ions,the pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA)modified sugarcane bagasse is prepared.SEM,FTIR,EDX and potentiometric titration are used to characterize the modified sorbent.The adsorption isotherms and kinetics of Pb2+ and Cd2+ on the modified and unmodified sorbents are investigated.Results show that the adsorption capacities of the modified sugarcane bagasse for Pb2+ and Cd2+ can be increased significantly.The adsorption rate of heavy metal ions on the modified sorbent is rapid, and the equilibrium could be obtained after 50 min.The wastewater treatment by the modified agricultural waste would get economic and environmental benefits.This experiment could be used as a comprehensive chemical experiment for senior undergraduates,which would help students’to deepen their understanding of the biosorbent,to initiate their interests in science and to enhance their research abilities.
