从一项血清酶活性可溯源性研究中发现淀粉酶(Amylase,AMY)测定结果与校正物的定值相差悬殊,并且不同来源的试剂盒间也存在高低不一的系统误差这一现象出发,分析了出现这些系统误差的原因,从理论和实验两个方面指出影响 AMY 测定结果的关键因素是 AMY 作用底物的结构不同,以此为例进而说明血清酶活性结果的溯源必须考虑构成检测系统的各个要素,其中首先是方法学原理及试剂盒的性能质量。

It was found from a traceability study of serum enzyme activity that the Amylase (Amylase,AMY) measurement results differ greatly on the value determination of calibrator,and there are also either more or less systemic errors between kits from different sources.The causes of the systemic error are analyzed.And from two aspects of theory and experiment it was proved that the key factors for affecting AMY measurement results are structural difference of AMY substrate.It is a good example to demonstrate that primary factors of a detection system,first of all, the methodological principles and kit performance and quality must be considered for serum amylase measuring results traceability.
