以常用机电设备电梯为实验对象，开发了虚实结合的大型设备 PLC 实验系统.系统的上位机采用组态王虚拟大型设备运行、下位机采用真实 PLC.该系统可逼真地模拟大型设备运行过程，当连接真实设备时，能实现监控且操作简单.它能够满足众多学生在实验室进行 PLC 控制大型设备的实验，实现面向大型设备的 PLC 控制实验进课堂的需求.

On the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of traditional PLC experiment system,an experimental system with virtual and real combination is built,which is able to simulate the running and operating process of the real large-scale equipment,and functions as a monitor when it connects to the real equipment.This system is vividly visualized and operated in a simple way,which enables the numerous students in the laboratory to do the experiment of PLC controlling large-scale equipment and meet the demand of experiments in class as well, thus it is a practical and applicable PLC experiment system.
