This paper focused on how to choose low carbon logistics providers for the enterprises under the background of low carbon economy.Firstly it built an evaluation index system of low carbon logistics service provider,then according to the grey attributes of the evaluation indices and the correlation among the evaluation indices,combined the grey system the-ory with the analytic network process,and applied to the evaluation and selection of low carbon logistics providers.An ex-ample was given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation model.
