由于当代科学传播越来越强调参与互动和民主平等并以“公益性科学传播”的姿态呈现，“非政府组织”具有“草根性”和“公益性”特征，因此它也有着广阔的发展空间。本文通过以科学松鼠会为个案考察，从其历史沿革、常规活动与新形势要求，来探讨我国“非政府组织”在“新公益”下的科学传播之路，并对其今后发展思路提出一些对策建议。

Thanks to the fact that-the contemporary science communication places, more and more emphasis on interactive and democratic equality, and emerges as the“new public welfare”, and that NGO embodies the characteristics of“grassroots”and “public welfare”, there has been infinite potential for its future development and improvements. The paper takes as an example,based on its historical evolution and requirements under the new situations, the paper explore the road for NGO’s science communication from a perspective of“new public welfare”,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for its future development.
