Integration of culture and science and technology is an important realistic subject in China.According to sys-tematical theory and method,this paper studied connotation,process,levels of integration of culture and science and tech-nology,analyzed the dynamical mechanism of integration of culture and science and technology,constructed the dynamical framework of integration of culture and science and technology,and explored the path and countermeasures of integration of culture and science and technology.
