基于2009—2013年城市动态面板数据，利用 Sys －GMM克服内生性问题，实证分析文化产业对江西经济增长的影响。结果发现，文化产业从业人员每增加1个百分点，江西经济增长增加0．1628个百分点，在10％水平上通过了显著性检验；文化产业资本每增加1个百分点，江西经济增长增加0．2095个百分点，在5％水平上通过了显著性检验。即文化产业促进了江西经济增长，但文化产业对江西经济增长的促进作用较小，表明增长空间较大。因此，为了发挥文化产业对江西经济增长的带动作用。提出对策：政府可考虑设置文化产业发展基金，加大文化产业投资，完善文化产业基地和园区周边的配套辅助设施；采取贴息、补助、奖励等形式，培育文化龙头企业；在融资、税收、补贴方面制定优惠政策鼓励文化企业进行研发创新等。

Based on the city dynamic panel data from the year of 2009 to 2013,using the System GMMto overcome the en-dogenous problem,the paper carries out empirical research on the impact of culture industry on the economic growth of Jiangxi.The results show that,when employed persons of cultural industry are increased by one percentage point,economic growth can be increased by 0.1628 percentage points in Jiangxi,which has passed the 10% level of significance test;when cultural industry capital is increased by one percentage point,economic growth can be increased by 0.2095 percentage points,which has passed the 5% level of significance test;namely the cultural industry has promoted economic growth of Jiangxi,but its impact is small,which implies potential growth space.Therefore,in order to make the cultural industry play a leading role in the economic growth of Jiangxi,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:the govern-ment should consider setting the culture industry development funds,increasing investment in cultural industries,improving the supporting facilities of cultural industry bases and zones,taking loans,grants,awards and other forms to cultivate lead-ing enterprises of culture,developing preferential policies to encourage cultural enterprises to R &D and innovation in fi-nancing,taxation,subsidies and so on.
