本试验检验了吸附剂XF-4在冬季奶牛圈舍中对NH3和CO2的吸附效果。用便携式气体检测仪检测排风扇口排出的NH3和CO2浓度,悬挂吸附剂时测得数据为试验组,不悬挂吸附剂时测得数据为对照组,两者之差即为吸附剂XF-4的吸附浓度。当试验组与对照组浓度无差异性时停止试验。结果表明:1kg吸附剂XF-4可吸附NH323.65g、CO24.38g。吸附剂XF-4对NH3和CO2的吸附浓度与圈舍内气体浓度相关性极显著(P<0.01),对NH3的吸附浓度与温度相关性极显著(P<0.01),与湿度相关性不显著(P>0.05);对CO2的吸附浓度与温湿度相关性均不显著(P>0.05)。吸附剂XF-4在悬挂4~7h时吸附效果最好,悬挂31h需要更换吸附剂。

This experiment tested the adsorption capacity to NH3 and CO2 of adsorbent XF-4 in the cowshed in winter. The study use the portable gas detector to test the concentrations of NH3 and CO2 at the ventilator, take suspension adsorbent as the experimental group, and the control group without adsorbent. The different values between the two groups are the adsorption concentration of XF-4. Using the ideal gas state equation to deduce formula according the actual measured temperature, atmospheric pressure and wind speed Put ppm converted to mg/m3, the test stop when there is no obvious different between the experimental group and control group.The experimental data show that 1 kg of adsorbent XF-4 can adsorbNH3 23.65g and CO2 4.38g. The adsorption of XF-4 adsorbent adsorption to NH3 and CO2 has positive correlation with the Gas concentration in cowshed, for NH3 adsorption has positive correlation with the temperature, for NH3 and CO2 has negative correlation with the relative humidity.The best adsorbent time of adsorbent XF-4 adsorption is 4~7h, the Adsorbent XF - 4 should be replaced after suspension for 31h.
