This paper expounds the generated background of social environment testing organizations, then analysis the development status and problems of the social environment testing organizations. Also we discussed its quality supervision, including the establishment of monitoring market access system, testing the quality of the service supervision and evaluation mechanism, industry self-monitoring mechanism, social service information management platform. Meanwhile, we improved that the quality of the regulatory level of social environmental testing organizations would make them serve better and become a beneficial supplement to public environmental monitoring departments.
