为揭示近海养殖活动在碳埋藏中的作用,对洞头近海3个不同养殖年份(2、10、30a)的紫菜养殖区沉积物总有机碳(TOC)、总无机碳(TIC)、水溶性有机碳(WSOC)及水溶性无机碳(WSIC)含量的空间分布格局进行了研究。近岸养殖区沉积物 TOC、WSOC 含量高于远岸。沉积物柱样中 TOC 含量在上层0~20 cm 最高,而 WSOC 含量在下层40~60 cm 最高。不同养殖年份的养殖区沉积物WSOC 含量有显著差异,最高值出现在养殖30a 的水域。近海养殖水域沉积物碳库中 TIC 含量高于TOC 含量,TIC 含量占总碳(TC)含量的58%,远岸 TIC 含量高于近岸。沉积物水溶性碳库以有机碳形式为主,WSOC 含量占总水溶性碳库的73%。研究表明,洞头近海紫菜养殖区沉积物中不同形态碳含量的空间分布格局有一定差异,无机碳特别是深层无机碳对近海沉积物中碳的长期固定贡献较大。

In order to recognize the roles of carbon burial from aquaculture activities,3 areas of laver aquaculture, with history of 2,10 and 30 years,were chosen for the study in Dongtou offshore aquaculture waters.The total or-ganic carbon (TOC),total inorganic carbon (TIC),water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC),water-soluble inor-ganic carbon (WSIC)of sediments were measured and analyzed.TOC and WSOC contents of sediments in the near shore sediments were higher than in the far shore.The samples from sediment column showed that TOC contents in sediments of 0 ~20 cm and WSOC contents in sediments of 40 ~60 cm were the highest.WSOC contents in sedi-ments were significantly different among different aquaculture years.WSOC contents in 30 years aquaculture area were the highest.TIC contents in the near shore waters were higher than TOC contents and they accounted for 58%of total carbon.TIC contents in far shore sediments were higher than in near shore.Soluble carbon pool in sedi-ments was mainly composed of organic carbon and WSOC accounted for 73% of total water-soluble carbon (WSTC).The result showed that spatial distribution patterns for the forms of sediment carbon were different.Inor-ganic carbon especially deep inorganic carbon in sediments has major contribution to the long-term carbon fixation.
