以湘烟3号为材料，研究了漂浮育苗后期控水和生根粉处理对烤烟农艺性状与产质量的影响。结果表明：各处理均能增加烤烟的产量产值，优化烤烟内在化学成分，提高烤烟经济效益。各处理中，移栽前5 d 控水＋生根粉处理，能显著改善烟株的农艺性状，使烟株的产量和产值达到最优，分别较常规漂浮育苗处理提高13.6％和21.6％，烟叶的化学成分含量及其协调性也显著优于对照。综合来看，移栽前5 d 控水＋生根粉处理增产、提质、增效效果最好，具有较大推广价值。

Effects of water control and rooting powder treatment at late stage of floating system on agronomic traits,yield and quality of flue -cured tobacco was studied with Xiangyan No.3 as experimental material,and the results showed that all treatments could not only increase the output value and yield,but also optimize the internal chemical components in to-bacco leaves and improve the economic benefit of flue -cured tobacco.Among all treatments,treatment of water control on 5 days before transplanting +rooting powder could significantly improve the agronomic traits of tobacco,increase the yield and output value by 13.6% and 21.6% compared to that of conventional floating system,respectively,and its coordination of chemical components in leaves was significantly better than that of control.Therefore,the effects of treatment of water control on 5 days before transplanting + rooting powder on yield -increasing,quality improving and benefit -increasing were best,which could be extended in tobacco planting area.
