为给双季晚稻节水栽培技术体系提供基础依据,在遮雨棚条件下进行晚稻盆栽试验,选取8个晚稻品种进行不同时期水分胁迫处理,比较品种间的叶绿素含量、干物质积累、株高以及叶片脯氨酸含量差异。结果表明,不同水稻品种在不同时期受水分胁迫时,其叶绿素含量、干物质积累、株高存在显著性差异,品种间叶片脯氨酸积累则没有显著性差异。抗旱性相对较强的品种是湘丰优9号,湘丰优103、丰源优272、岳优9113和 T 优207次之,岳优6135和深优9586是抗旱力相对一般的品种,抗旱能力较差的品种是丰源优299。因此,在易受旱双季稻地区选用抗旱能力强的品种湘丰优9较适宜。

To provide basis for the water -saving cultivation of double cropping late rice,eight late rice varieties were se-lected and planted in the pot to investigate the effect of drought stress on the chlorophyll content,dry matter accumulation, plant height and leaf proline content of different varieties in different stages.The results showed that the effect on chloro-phyll content,dry matter accumulation,plant height were significantly different among varieties with different drought stress in different growth periods,while the effect of water stress on leaf proline content was not significant.Among these selected varieties,Xiangfengyou No.9 has the strongest drought resistant ability.Xiangfengyou No.103,Fengyuanyou No.272,Yuey-ou No.9113 and T You No.207 followed it.Yueyou 6135 and Shenyou 9586 had common ability to resist drought.Fengyuanyou 299 had the worst drought resist ability in all of these late rice varieties.In conclusion,Xiangfengyou 9 is the best selection for the areas where double cropping rice is easy to suffer from drought.
