在自然条件下奶牛分娩的雌雄比为1∶1，然而产奶性状与性别有关，因此，通过人为方法控制出生奶牛的性别有着非常重要的意义。本文着重对奶牛X、Y精子分离技术的应用及研究进展进行了阐述，目前分离奶牛性控精液主要采用的还是流式细胞仪分离方法，并且在奶牛生产中得到了广泛应用。

Under natural conditions, the ratio of male to female was 1: 1, but the milk production traits were related to sex.
