采用 MCR302旋转流变仪测量了航天润滑油4116,4129的动力黏度和流变参数,绘制出黏温曲线图并确定其 Vogel 黏温模型,同时探讨了润滑油的剪应力和黏度随剪切速率的变化关系以及复数黏度和损耗模量随扫描频率的变化特性。结果表明:4116的黏温性能优于4129,在低剪切速率时,润滑油的剪应力随剪切速率呈线性增加,而黏度随剪切速率的增加却保持不变;随着扫描频率的增加,损耗模量逐渐增大,复数黏度出现小幅度缓慢降低。

The dynamic viscosities and rheological parameters of space lubricating oils 4116 and 4129 are tested by u-sing rotary rheometer MCR302.The viscosity -temperature curves are plotted,and their Vogel viscosity -temperature models are obtained.The variable relationships of shear stress and viscosity of lubricating oil with shear rate is ana-lyzed,as well as the variable characteristics of complex viscosity and loss modulus with scanning frequency are dis-cussed.The results show that the viscosity -temperature characteristic of 4116 is better than that of 4129.With the shear rate increases,the shear stresses of lubricating oils increase linearly and the viscosities keep a constant value at low shear rates.The loss modulus gradually increases with the increase of scanning frequency,while the complex vis-cosity slowly decreases.
