目的:通过高温高湿及一般环境有氧运动与减体重相关指标的测试和评价,了解不同环境有氧运动对机体减体重效果的影响。方法:以北京市8名男子自由式摔跤运动员作为研究对象,测试不同环境有氧运动(50 min65%VO2 max强度)前后体重、等速肌力、能量代谢、反应时等指标。结果:相同生理负荷下在高温高湿和常温常湿两种环境中分别进行一次性有氧运动50 min ,高温高湿下体重下降1.91%,幅度略大于常温常湿;高温高湿组运动过程中能量代谢较常温常湿组高1.52%,运动后2 h能量消耗较常温常湿组高0.95%,睡眠8 h的能量代谢较常温常湿组高14.86%,具有显著性差异( P<0.05);运动员能够耐受在不同环境温度进行的减控重训练,主观上能够接受(33℃、60%)的热环境;在不同环境中进行有氧运动后,运动员的最大力量、疲劳指数和反应时没有显著性变化,最大峰值力矩、平均功率在不同环境下有氧运动后均出现下降趋势,反应时在不同环境运动后时间有所缩短,表明在不同的环境下进行一次性有氧运动对力量素质、肌肉耐力和反应能力没有表现出显著的不利影响。结论:高温高湿环境中通过有氧运动进行减体重具有相对较好的效果,在减体重期间,为减少力量的丢失,在进行减体重的有氧训练过程中应适当增加力量训练。

Objective :Through testing and evaluating on related indexes of weigth reduction and aerobic exercise under high temperature and humidity and general environment ,this paper tries to finds out the effects of aerobic exercise at different environment on weight reduction .Meth‐od :Taking 8 male freestyle wrestling athletes from Beijng as research objects to test their body weight ,isokinetic strength ,energy metabolism ,reaction time before and after the aerobic exer‐cise (50minutes ,65% VO2 max intensity ) under different environment .Result :In the same physiological load ,athletes take aerobic exercise under high temperature‐high humidity and normal temperature‐normal humidity environment respectively for 50 minutes ,body weight re‐duction 1 .91% under high temperature‐high humidity environment ,which is a little higher than that of under normal temperature‐normal humidity .Energy metabolism is 1 .52% higher under high temperature‐high humidity environment during the training ,it is 0 .95% higher 2 hours after training ,and still 14 .86% higher in the 8 hours sleep ,which shows significant differences(P< 0 .05) .Athletes can tolerate the body weight reduction training in different en‐vironment ,and subjective to accept (33 ℃ ,60% ) thermal environment .The athletes’ maxi‐mum strength ,fatigue index and reaction time had no significant change after aerobic exercise under different environment ,the peak torque ,mean power shows downward trend ,reaction time shortened .All these shows that there is no adverse effect on strength ,muscular endurance and reflexes after once aero exercise in different environment .Conclusion :it has relatively good effect for the body weight reduction through aerobic exercise under high temperature‐high hu‐midity environment ,appropriate increased strength training should be add to the training to a‐void the decline of the strength quality during this process .
