糖尿病胃轻瘫（ DGP）是糖尿病患者常见的慢性并发症之一，以恶心、呕吐、早饱等为主要临床症状。 DGP的中医治疗具有疗效好、服用方便、复发率低、副作用小等特点，有较大的临床研究意义。本研究以维普期刊数据库、万方期刊数据库、中国知网数据库为文献来源，就近年来中医治疗DGP的研究进展做以综述。

Diabetic gastroparesis ( DGP) is one of the chronic complications of diabetes commonly, nausea, vomiting and early satiety as the main clinical symptoms.Chinese medicine treatment for DGP has a good clini-cal significance with good efficacy, easy taking, low recurrence rate and few side-effects.This paper aims to review the recent researches about acupuncture treatment for insomnia based on the VIP, Wangfang and CNKI database.
