目的：分析降低助产士职业压力的临床对策。方法：将某院助产士作为本次调查对象，对其临床助产职业压力原因进行探讨，并制定针对性措施缓解该职业压力。结果：临床调查结果显示，助产士职业压力主要来源于工作环境、社会因素、医护关系、职业危害等，间接加大助产士职业压力。实施缓解对策后，压力评分明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床助产士面临巨大职业压力和风险，应根据其职业压力来源制定解决对策，便于降低职业压力，提高助产服务质量。
목적：분석강저조산사직업압력적림상대책。방법：장모원조산사작위본차조사대상，대기림상조산직업압력원인진행탐토，병제정침대성조시완해해직업압력。결과：림상조사결과현시，조산사직업압력주요래원우공작배경、사회인소、의호관계、직업위해등，간접가대조산사직업압력。실시완해대책후，압력평분명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：림상조산사면림거대직업압력화풍험，응근거기직업압력래원제정해결대책，편우강저직업압력，제고조산복무질량。
Objective:To analyze clinical countermeasures to reduce midwives'occupational stress.Meth-ods:Take the midwives of some hospital as the research obj ect and investigate the clinical causes resulting in their occupational stress and determine corresponding measures to relieve the occupational stress.Results:Ac-cording to results of clinical survey,midwives'occupational stress is mainly resulted from working environ-ment,society-related factors,relationship between doctors and nursing personnel ,occupational hazards and otherwise,which indirectly increase midwives'occupational stress ,with the implementation of relief meas-ures,the scores of stress declined obviously ,and the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Clinical midwives are facing great occupational stress,thus it is necessary to determine relief counter-measures according to the source of their occupational stress,so as to reduce occupational stress and improve the service quality of midwifery.
