目的：优化常舒茶中总黄酮含量的测定方法，提高检测方法的重现性、准确度和精密度，作为常舒茶总黄酮含量测定的标准。方法：以芦丁为对照品、三氯化铝为显色剂，采用紫外分光光度法测定吸收度计算总黄酮含量，对样品的取样量、乙醚用量、振摇时间以及75%乙醇的超声提取时间进行优化。结果：该法操作简单，线性关系良好，准确度、重复性和稳定性比原检测方法大为提高，符合药典要求。结论：该法适用于常舒茶中总黄酮的含量测定，可作为常舒茶总黄酮含量测定的标准方法。

Objective:To optimize the quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in changshucha and improve the reproducibility,accuracy and precision.Methods:Using rutin as a standard substance,spectrophotometer method and the colour method of Aluminum trichloride were used to deter-mine the total flavonoid content in changshucha.The sampling volume,the amount of ether,the shaking time and extracting time were optimized.Results:This method is reliable,accurate,quick and reproducible. Conclusion:It can be used as a quality control method to determine the content of total flavonoids in chang-shucha.
