接发球是防守，也是组织进攻的开始，是排球比赛中的最基础环节，其到位率高低受多方面因素影响。从运动员移动前、后，高、低姿，正、侧面3个方面对中国女子排球队的接发球效果进行对比分析。研究表明：1）同一名运动员在移动前后一传到位率差别明显。2）不同运动员移动前后一传效果存在较大差异。在比赛过程中，移动后接发球较差的队员的一传比重却较高。3）正面垫球和低姿接发球的到位率较高，但在比赛中接发球运动员运用侧垫和高姿接发球的比例较高。

Volleyball receiving is the defense and the beginning of the attacks ,it is the most fundamental part in a volleyball match and may be affected by various reasons .This paper makes comparative analysis on receiving effect of Chinese women’s volleyball players from the aspect of receiving movement ,high and low position ,front serve and side serve .The result shows that :1) The difference of player’s first pass rate is obvious before and after movement ;2) The first pass effectiveness is quite distinct of different players before and after movement ;3) The serve rate of front dig passes and low position receives ,however ,players tend to adopt side digs and high position receives in matches .
