加强对民众的科学健身指导是推动我国全民健身事业发展的重要问题。美国是运动促进健康的先行者，从1980年开始将运动纳入健康管理体系之中。经过多年的发展，美国建立了以政府为主导，科研机构、体育社会组织为补充，将医疗卫生服务与体育健身服务相结合的运动促进健康指导服务平台，为民众科学运动、预防慢性病做出了贡献。在考察美国运动促进健康指导服务平台的基础上，从建立“医体结合”的联动管理机制、发挥中国体育科学学会等社会组织的作用、细化运动促进健康实施目标、加强复合型运动促进健康指导人才培养等方面为我国构建全民健身服务体系提供参考。

Strengthening the guidance service for promoting health through physical activity is the key problem for the national fitness development in China .United States is the pioneer of promoting health through physical activity ,and directed exercise into the health management system as early as 1980 .For the years of development ,United States has built the guidance service platform composed by government ,research institutions ,and sports social organiza‐tions .Based on the study of United States guidance service platform for physical activity and health ,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the public service system for promoting health through physical activity in China ,such as establishing the guidance system combined with sports and medicine ,playing the role of China Sport Science Society ,refining the target of exercise to promote the health ,building the talents cultivation system combined sports with medicine .
