目的：总结和分析针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱的腧穴运用规律，为针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱临床选穴方案的制定提供理论依据。方法：检索1994年～2014年中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）中所有针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱的文献，统计分析其腧穴应用规律。结果：纳入分析的文献共44篇，统计得出使用频数最多的腧穴为足三里、上巨虚、天枢、三阴交、内关等，在所选用经脉中以胃经、脾经、任脉为主，下合穴、合穴、八会穴为使用频数最多的特定穴。结论：针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱安全、有效，以胃经、脾经、任脉的腧穴为主。

목적：총결화분석침구치료위장공능문란적수혈운용규률，위침구치료위장공능문란림상선혈방안적제정제공이론의거。방법：검색1994년～2014년중국기간전문수거고（ CNKI）중소유침구치료위장공능문란적문헌，통계분석기수혈응용규률。결과：납입분석적문헌공44편，통계득출사용빈수최다적수혈위족삼리、상거허、천추、삼음교、내관등，재소선용경맥중이위경、비경、임맥위주，하합혈、합혈、팔회혈위사용빈수최다적특정혈。결론：침구치료위장공능문란안전、유효，이위경、비경、임맥적수혈위주。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the acupoint rules of gastrointestinal dysfunction and provide the theoretical foundation for selection program of treating gastrointestinal dysfunction with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Retrieve the articles ( from 1994 to 2014) of gastrointestinal dysfunction treated by acu-puncture and moxibustion from China National Knowledge Infrastructure ( CNKI) .The acupoints used in the ar-ticles were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:Altogether 44 articles were included in analysis, and the most frequently used points were Zusanli(ST 36), Shangjuxu(ST 37), Thianshu(ST 25), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Neiguan(PC 6)and so on.Selected meridians in the stomach meridian, spleen meridian and Ren meridian were given priority to.Xiahe point, He point and Bahui point were the most frequently used specific acupoints.Con-clusion:Treating gastrointestinal dysfunction with acupuncture and moxibustion is safe and effective, and the acupoints are mainly located in stomach meridian, spleen meridian and Ren meridian.
