目的：分析和探讨生长抑素在妊娠合并急性胰腺炎(AP)患者急诊救治中的应用及其对新生儿的影响。方法：选取某院2011年1月~2014年1月收治的20例妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者，通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10)，对照组患者给予抗感染、营养支持及对症等常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予生长抑素静脉滴注，观察两组患者临床治疗效果及新生儿实际情况。结果：观察组患者症状缓解时间、治愈时间明显短于对照组，并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05)；观察组母婴均存活，对照组1例新生儿死亡，病因为多器官功能衰竭，其余母婴存活。随访6个月~12个月，未发现产妇后遗症和新生儿畸形。结论：针对妊娠合并急性胰腺炎患者，静注适量的生长抑素，有利于减轻急性胰腺炎对孕妇及胎儿的危害，提高临床治疗效果，控制病情发展，对新生儿无明显不良影响，可进行临床推广应用。
목적：분석화탐토생장억소재임신합병급성이선염(AP)환자급진구치중적응용급기대신생인적영향。방법：선취모원2011년1월~2014년1월수치적20례임신합병급성이선염환자，통과수궤수자표법분위대조조(n=10)화관찰조(n=10)，대조조환자급여항감염、영양지지급대증등상규치료，관찰조환자재차기출상급여생장억소정맥적주，관찰량조환자림상치료효과급신생인실제정황。결과：관찰조환자증상완해시간、치유시간명현단우대조조，병발증발생솔현저강저(P<0.05)；관찰조모영균존활，대조조1례신생인사망，병인위다기관공능쇠갈，기여모영존활。수방6개월~12개월，미발현산부후유증화신생인기형。결론：침대임신합병급성이선염환자，정주괄량적생장억소，유리우감경급성이선염대잉부급태인적위해，제고림상치료효과，공제병정발전，대신생인무명현불량영향，가진행림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of somatostatin on pregnant women with acute pancreatitis and its influence on the newborns.Methods:20 pregnant patients with acute pancreati-tis received in our hospital during the period from January 2011 to January 2014 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=10)and the observation group (n=10)according to the random number table.In the control group,they were received anti-infection,nutri-tional support and symptomatic therapy and other conventional treatment while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with intravenous drip of somatostatin. Then,the clinical treatment effect and the situation of newborns patients in these 2 groups were observed. Results:The remission time and healing time of symptoms in observation group were significantly earlier than that in control group and the incidence of complications was significantly lower (P<0.05).In addition, all the mothers and newborns in the observation group survived,1 newborn in the control group died of mul-tiple organ failure,and the other mothers and children survived.During the follow-up of 6 months ~1 2 months,no maternal complications and neonatal malformations were found.Conclusion:In the treatment of pregnant women with acute pancreatitis,intravenous inj ection of moderate amount of somatostatin can re-duce the harm to pregnant women and the fetals,improve clinical therapeutic effect and control the develop-ment of the disease,and there would be no adverse impact on the newborns ,thus it is worthy of clinical pop-ularization and application.
