目的：对比探讨克氏针内固定与手法闭合复位治疗小儿尺桡骨闭合性骨折疗效。方法：选择某院2013年9月~2015年5月收治的尺桡骨闭合性骨折小儿患者86例作为本次研究对象,其中43例患者给予克氏针内固定治疗,设为对照组；43例患者采取手法闭合复位治疗,设为观察组,观察对比两组患者术后愈合情况以及临床疗效。结果：观察组患者临床愈合的有36例(83.7%),延迟愈合的有5例(11.6%),愈合率为95.3%；对照组患者临床愈合的有25例(58.1%),延迟愈合的有9例(20.9%),愈合率为79.0%；观察组患者骨折愈合率明显高于对照组(T=14.331,P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组、对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为97.7%、79.1%,观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=18.563,P<0.05)。结论：与手法闭合复位的治疗方法相比,克氏针内固定法手术创伤小、固定牢靠、并发症少、恢复快、临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
目的：對比探討剋氏針內固定與手法閉閤複位治療小兒呎橈骨閉閤性骨摺療效。方法：選擇某院2013年9月~2015年5月收治的呎橈骨閉閤性骨摺小兒患者86例作為本次研究對象,其中43例患者給予剋氏針內固定治療,設為對照組；43例患者採取手法閉閤複位治療,設為觀察組,觀察對比兩組患者術後愈閤情況以及臨床療效。結果：觀察組患者臨床愈閤的有36例(83.7%),延遲愈閤的有5例(11.6%),愈閤率為95.3%；對照組患者臨床愈閤的有25例(58.1%),延遲愈閤的有9例(20.9%),愈閤率為79.0%；觀察組患者骨摺愈閤率明顯高于對照組(T=14.331,P<0.05),有統計學意義。觀察組、對照組患者治療總有效率分彆為97.7%、79.1%,觀察組患者臨床療效明顯優于對照組(χ2=18.563,P<0.05)。結論：與手法閉閤複位的治療方法相比,剋氏針內固定法手術創傷小、固定牢靠、併髮癥少、恢複快、臨床療效顯著,值得臨床推廣。
목적：대비탐토극씨침내고정여수법폐합복위치료소인척뇨골폐합성골절료효。방법：선택모원2013년9월~2015년5월수치적척뇨골폐합성골절소인환자86례작위본차연구대상,기중43례환자급여극씨침내고정치료,설위대조조；43례환자채취수법폐합복위치료,설위관찰조,관찰대비량조환자술후유합정황이급림상료효。결과：관찰조환자림상유합적유36례(83.7%),연지유합적유5례(11.6%),유합솔위95.3%；대조조환자림상유합적유25례(58.1%),연지유합적유9례(20.9%),유합솔위79.0%；관찰조환자골절유합솔명현고우대조조(T=14.331,P<0.05),유통계학의의。관찰조、대조조환자치료총유효솔분별위97.7%、79.1%,관찰조환자림상료효명현우우대조조(χ2=18.563,P<0.05)。결론：여수법폐합복위적치료방법상비,극씨침내고정법수술창상소、고정뢰고、병발증소、회복쾌、림상료효현저,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To compare the effect of internal fixation with kirschner pins and closed manipula-tive reduction on closed fracture of radius and ulna in children.Methods:Select 86 children patients with frac-ture of radius and ulna received in some hospital during the period from September 2013 to May 2015 as the research object ,of the 86 patients,43 patients were treated with internal fixation with Kirschner pins and they were defined as the control group;the other 43 cases received closed manipulative reduction and they were defined as the,observation group,observe and compare postoperative healing and clinical efficacy of the 2 groups.Results:In observation group,36 cases clinically healed ,which accounted for 83.7%,,delayed u-nion case was 5 ,which accounted for 11.6%,the healing rate was 95.3%;in control group,25 patients clini-cally healed,which accounted for 58.1%,the case of delayed union was 9 ,which accounted for 20.9%,the healing rate was 79.0% ;fracture healing rate in observation group were significantly higher (T=14.331,P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with closed manipulative reduction ,inter-nal fixation with kirschner pins would result in less surgical inj ury,and its fixation is more stable and there would be fewer complications,it is easy to recover,and the clinical effect is significant ,it is worthy of clini-cal promotion.
