According to structural features of double eccentric rzeppa constant velocity universal joint,the movement mechanism of two -axis rotation angle is explored systematically and deeply.The radical displacement of each steel ball in the respective star -like inner race and bell -shaped shell raceway is analyzed.The design and calculation method are derived for main dimension of part and main parameters for structure of universal joint,and an example is given for illustration.The movement mechanism and design calculating method are important breakthrough for basic theory and structural design of this kind of product.
