目的：探讨针刀整体松解术治疗膝骨性关节炎（ KOA ）的疗效及对患者血清IL－1、IL－6的影响，为针刀治疗的机制提供分子学依据。方法：将100例KOA患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组采用针刀整体松解术治疗，对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效及对血清IL－1、IL－6的影响。结果：观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05），且在愈显率方面更为明显（P＜0．01）；治疗后两组血清IL－1、IL－6含量均呈下降趋势（P＜0．01），而观察组降低更为明显，更接近正常值（ P＜0．01）。结论：针刀整体松解术能明显改善KOA患者症状，有效降低血清中IL－1和IL－6含量的水平。
목적：탐토침도정체송해술치료슬골성관절염（ KOA ）적료효급대환자혈청IL－1、IL－6적영향，위침도치료적궤제제공분자학의거。방법：장100례KOA환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각50례。관찰조채용침도정체송해술치료，대조조채용파리산납관절강주사치료，대비량조환자림상료효급대혈청IL－1、IL－6적영향。결과：관찰조림상료효우우대조조（P＜0．05），차재유현솔방면경위명현（P＜0．01）；치료후량조혈청IL－1、IL－6함량균정하강추세（P＜0．01），이관찰조강저경위명현，경접근정상치（ P＜0．01）。결론：침도정체송해술능명현개선KOA환자증상，유효강저혈청중IL－1화IL－6함량적수평。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of lysis acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the impact on serum IL-6 and IL-1,and to provide a molecular basis for the mechanism of acupuncture therapy. Methods:100 cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group.The observa-tion group received acupotomy overall lysis therapy,and the control group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups and observe its effects on serum IL-1 and IL-6.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05), and it was more evident in the markedly effective rate of the observation group( P<0.01);after treatment in the ob-servation group and control group the contents of serum IL-1 and IL-6 were decreased compared with those before treatment ( P<0 .01 ) , while the observation group decreased more significantly , closer to the normal value (P<0.01).Conclusion:The acupotomy lysis can significantly improve the patients'symptoms and re-duce the serum levels of IL-1 and IL-6.
