廉政文化建设作为执政党党风建设与政府廉政建设的核心组成部分，为反腐倡廉工作提供了强大的制度保障与精神支持。高校二级学院必须承担起建设、深研、传播、发展廉政制度与精神文化，使廉洁从政、从教、从业思想在高校中蔚然成风的历史重任。在探讨廉政文化的内涵及其内在作用机理基础上，从高校二级学院这个相对微观的视角来探讨其廉政文化建设的意义以及建设路径。
廉政文化建設作為執政黨黨風建設與政府廉政建設的覈心組成部分，為反腐倡廉工作提供瞭彊大的製度保障與精神支持。高校二級學院必鬚承擔起建設、深研、傳播、髮展廉政製度與精神文化，使廉潔從政、從教、從業思想在高校中蔚然成風的歷史重任。在探討廉政文化的內涵及其內在作用機理基礎上，從高校二級學院這箇相對微觀的視角來探討其廉政文化建設的意義以及建設路徑。
렴정문화건설작위집정당당풍건설여정부렴정건설적핵심조성부분，위반부창렴공작제공료강대적제도보장여정신지지。고교이급학원필수승담기건설、심연、전파、발전렴정제도여정신문화，사렴길종정、종교、종업사상재고교중위연성풍적역사중임。재탐토렴정문화적내함급기내재작용궤리기출상，종고교이급학원저개상대미관적시각래탐토기렴정문화건설적의의이급건설로경。
As the core of the ruling party’s style construction and building an honest and clean government, honest and clean cultural construction provides powerful institutional guarantee and spiritual support for the anti-corruption and clean work.Secondary schools must construct, deepen their research, spread and develop the system and spiritual culture of honest politics so as to make it more common in college teaching and management.Based on the connota-tions and influence mechanism of an honest and clean culture, this paper explores the significance of honest and clean cultural construction and its construction paths from the relatively microscopic perspective of secondary schools in col-leges and universities.
