目的：观察补脾肾活血法对慢性肾衰2－3期患者血肌酐及肾小球滤过率的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组40例，只用西医常规疗法和肾衰宁胶囊；治疗组40例，在西医常规疗法基础上采用补脾肾活血方治疗。结果：治疗组40例，显效24例，有效9例，无效7例，总有效率82.5％；对照组40例，显效10例，有效8例，无效22例，总有效率45.0％。两组疗效比较差异有高度统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：补脾肾活血法能显著改善慢性肾衰2－3期患者肾功能，在改善患者临床症状方面有明显优势。
목적：관찰보비신활혈법대만성신쇠2－3기환자혈기항급신소구려과솔적림상료효。방법：장80례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조40례，지용서의상규요법화신쇠저효낭；치료조40례，재서의상규요법기출상채용보비신활혈방치료。결과：치료조40례，현효24례，유효9례，무효7례，총유효솔82.5％；대조조40례，현효10례，유효8례，무효22례，총유효솔45.0％。량조료효비교차이유고도통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론：보비신활혈법능현저개선만성신쇠2－3기환자신공능，재개선환자림상증상방면유명현우세。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of spleen kidney and blood circulation on the serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate in patients with chronic renal failure 2 -3 phase.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,40 cases in control group,40 cases treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Results 40 cases of treatment group,24 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.5%;the control group 40 cases,effective in 10 cases,effective in 8 cases,invalid 22 cases,the total effective rate was 45%. There were significant differences in efficacy between the two groups,P <0.01.Conclusion the spleen and kidney promoting blood circulation method can significantly improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure 2 -3,and has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
