目的:比较头穴丛刺结合MOTOmed智能运动训练系统综合康复与单纯头穴丛刺康复和单纯使用MOTOmed智能运动训练仪康复治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢功能的疗效差异。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的痉挛型脑瘫患儿按随机数字表法分为3组,每组20例,A组采用头穴丛刺配合常规康复治疗方法;B组采用MOTOmed智能运动训练系统配合常规康复治疗方法;C组采用头穴丛刺结合MOTOmed智能运动训练综合康复治疗方法。3组的治疗均每日1次,治疗6天休息1天,4周为1个疗程,治疗持续3个疗程。3组均于治疗前后采用改良Ashworth量表评定、粗大运动功能评定量表( GMFM)进行康复评定。结果:治疗后3组患儿小腿腓肠肌肌张力较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),下肢粗大运动功能较治疗前明显提高( P<0.05),且综合康复治疗组疗效明显优于单纯头穴丛刺和单纯MOTOmed智能运动训练( P<0.05)。结论:头穴丛刺结合MOTOmed智能运动训练可以有效的提高脑瘫患儿的下肢运动功能,其疗效优于单纯头穴丛刺和MOTOmed智能运动训练。

목적:비교두혈총자결합MOTOmed지능운동훈련계통종합강복여단순두혈총자강복화단순사용MOTOmed지능운동훈련의강복치료경련형뇌탄환인하지공능적료효차이。방법:장60례부합납입표준적경련형뇌탄환인안수궤수자표법분위3조,매조20례,A조채용두혈총자배합상규강복치료방법;B조채용MOTOmed지능운동훈련계통배합상규강복치료방법;C조채용두혈총자결합MOTOmed지능운동훈련종합강복치료방법。3조적치료균매일1차,치료6천휴식1천,4주위1개료정,치료지속3개료정。3조균우치료전후채용개량Ashworth량표평정、조대운동공능평정량표( GMFM)진행강복평정。결과:치료후3조환인소퇴비장기기장력교치료전균명현강저(P<0.05),하지조대운동공능교치료전명현제고( P<0.05),차종합강복치료조료효명현우우단순두혈총자화단순MOTOmed지능운동훈련( P<0.05)。결론:두혈총자결합MOTOmed지능운동훈련가이유효적제고뇌탄환인적하지운동공능,기료효우우단순두혈총자화MOTOmed지능운동훈련。
Objective:To analyze the cluster needling of scalp point combined with intelligent movement train -ing system MOTO-med comprehensive rehabilitation and pure cluster needling of scalp point rehabilitation and the difference in efficacy of exercise training alone by MOTO-med intelligent instrument in the rehabilitation of spastic hemiplegia limb function.Methods:60 children with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into three groups with 20 patients in each group.Group A received cluster needling of scalp point with conventional rehabilitation treatment;group B received MOTO-med intelligent sports training system with conventional reha -bilitation treatments;group C received cluster needling of scalp point combined with intelligent movement train -ing MOTO-med comprehensive rehabilitation treatment .Three treatment groups were for 1 time a day and for 6 days then rest one day, four weeks as a course and the treatment lasted three courses.Three groups were as-sessed by using the modified Ash-worth scale before and after treatment,and Gross Motor Function Assessment Scale ( GMFM) was for rehabilitation assessment.Results:After the treatment,in three groups the gastrocnemius muscle tone was significantly lower (P<0.05),and compared with previous treatment,lower extremity gross motor function was improved significantly ( P<0.05 ) , and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was better than the MOTO-med point cluster spines and smart exercise training ( P<0.05 ) .C onclusion:Cluster nee-dling of scalp point combined with intelligent motion MOTO -med training can effectively improve lower extrem-ity motor function of children with cerebral palsy,and its efficacy is better than cluster needling of scalp point and MOTO-med intelligent exercise training.
