中学教师绩效评价是优化教师管理和教师工作的一种手段,也有利于中学教师队伍的健康发展,使其合理化、科学化、公平化,是每位教师所追求的目标。中学教育阶段对教师的绩效评价结合层次分析法的优点,构建了关于教师自己、学校领导、学生的中学教师绩效评价指标体系,有利于教师管理制度的最优化。运用层次分析法对绩效指标权重进行了科学的量化,通过对访谈教师的调查数据进行绩效评价分析,得出比较符合实际情况的数据,合理的评价指标和层次分析法的运用为中学阶段教师绩效评价提供科学的视角,有利于解决教师管理的难题。

The teacher performance evaluation in middle school is a kind of means to optimize the management of teachers and teachers’ work,also conducive to the healthy development of secondary school teachers,its rationalization,scientific and fair,are every teacher’s pursuit of goals. The evaluation of middle school education stage performance of the teacher combines the advantages of the an-alytic hierarchy process,the evaluation index system of middle school teacher performance construction about the teachers themselves, school leaders,students,optimization for teacher management system. By using the analytic hierarchy process scientifically quantified performance index weight,performance evaluation through the analysis of survey data of interview of Teachers,get more in line with the actual situation of the data. It provides reasonable evaluation index and AHP method for the application of performance evaluation of teachers in middle school stage,helps to solve the problem of teacher management.
