采用传统理论计算方法和数值模拟计算方法对凸缘外圈四点接触球轴承最大轴向承载力进行了计算,并对2种计算结果做了对比分析。结果表明:在设计开发过程中,数值模拟计算方法是可信的,且相比传统理论计算方法有优势。

The maximum axial load of four point contact ball bearings with flanged outer ring is calculated by using tra-ditional theoretical calculation method and numerical simulation calculation method.The calculation results of two methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that the numerical simulation calculation method is credible dur-ing design and development process with certain advantages compared to traditional theoretical calculation method.
