长距离大断面巷道施工历来是矿山井巷工程施工的难题，加之工程地质环境复杂，施工精确度要求高，给长距离大断面巷道安全施工提出了更高的要求。某矿露天采场截排洪隧洞工程长约2.1Km，掘进断面17m2，水文地质条件不明，排碴、材料运输距离长，巷道支护与掘进同时进行，施工工艺频繁交替，建设工期紧，安全管理压力大。工程施工采取相向掘进、合理的施工组织、有效的技术措施，严格的安全管理，克服了长距离井内通风、爆破效果不良，废石运输困难等一系列困难，实现平均每天掘进5.25米并进行砼支护的工作进度，高质量、如期完成工程施工。
