长距离大断面巷道施工历来是矿山井巷工程施工的难题,加之工程地质环境复杂,施工精确度要求高,给长距离大断面巷道安全施工提出了更高的要求。某矿露天采场截排洪隧洞工程长约2.1Km,掘进断面17m2,水文地质条件不明,排碴、材料运输距离长,巷道支护与掘进同时进行,施工工艺频繁交替,建设工期紧,安全管理压力大。工程施工采取相向掘进、合理的施工组织、有效的技术措施,严格的安全管理,克服了长距离井内通风、爆破效果不良,废石运输困难等一系列困难,实现平均每天掘进5.25米并进行砼支护的工作进度,高质量、如期完成工程施工。
