目的：探究“已病防变”的思想对糖尿病周围神经病变患者糖代谢指标和足部症状影响。方法：选取糖尿病周围神经病变的45例患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组行常规治疗，研究组在对照组患者基础上应用“已病防变”的理念进行治疗，包括穴位按摩、中药足浴、毕格氏运动，观察两组患者治疗后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（P2hBG）、甘油三脂（TC）、总胆固醇（TG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）以及足部症状评分的变化情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者 FBG、P2hBG、TC、TG、HbA1C 均显著降低（P ＜0.05），其中研究组下降更为显著（P ＜0.01）；研究组患者足部症状评分治疗前后差异显著（P ＜0.05），且治疗后评分优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：“已病防变”的思想及其治疗方法能有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者糖代谢指标和足部症状，临床上值得进行推广。

목적：탐구“이병방변”적사상대당뇨병주위신경병변환자당대사지표화족부증상영향。방법：선취당뇨병주위신경병변적45례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위연구조화대조조，대조조행상규치료，연구조재대조조환자기출상응용“이병방변”적이념진행치료，포괄혈위안마、중약족욕、필격씨운동，관찰량조환자치료후공복혈당（FBG）、찬후2소시혈당（P2hBG）、감유삼지（TC）、총담고순（TG）、당화혈홍단백（HbA1C）이급족부증상평분적변화정황。결과：치료후，량조환자 FBG、P2hBG、TC、TG、HbA1C 균현저강저（P ＜0.05），기중연구조하강경위현저（P ＜0.01）；연구조환자족부증상평분치료전후차이현저（P ＜0.05），차치료후평분우우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론：“이병방변”적사상급기치료방법능유효개선당뇨병주위신경병변환자당대사지표화족부증상，림상상치득진행추엄。
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of the view of “stopping the progression of disease”on the biochemical markers of glucose metabolism and clinical symptom of foot of the diabetes patient from peripheral neuropathy.Methods We selected 45 patients who were diagnosed with DPN,give all the patients with the normal hypoglycemic Drugs,lipid lowering agents,blood glucose monito-ring and the lecture of DPN.They were divided into two groups (the study group and the control group)randomly.There were 20 pa-tients in the control group and they received basic and normal therapy while there were 25 patients in the study group and they received point massage,Chinese traditional medical foot bath and Bi′s exercise.Both the course of the treatment is six months.Observe and compare the changes FBG,P2HBG,TC,TG,HbA1Cand the symptoms score of foot after the treatment.Results After 6 months treatment,all the patients of the study group and the control group have a significant decrease in the FBG,P2HBG,TC,TG (P <0.05)and the changes in study group is more significant (P <0.01 ).Moreover,there is a significant changes of the symptoms score of foot after treatment in the study group (P <0.05)and there is no obvious differences of the score in the control group (P >0.05).Conclusions The conception of “stopping the progression of disease”and its treatments will improve the biochemical markers of glucose metabolism and clinical symptom of foot of the diabetes patient from peripheral neuropathy.
