目的：观察会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮治疗白塞病口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取确诊为白塞病的患者46例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组予沙利度胺75mg／d，治疗组在对照组基础上加会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮1500ml 每日不拘时服，均连续治疗3个月。分别观察并记录治疗前、治疗后3个月期间溃疡间歇时间总和（d）和溃疡复发数目总和（个）。结果：治疗组总有效率95.45％，对照组总有效率66.67％，两组差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮联合沙利度胺治疗白塞病口腔溃疡疗效优于单纯应用沙利度胺。
목적：관찰회염축어탕대다음치료백새병구강궤양적림상료효。방법：선취학진위백새병적환자46례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조여사리도알75mg／d，치료조재대조조기출상가회염축어탕대다음1500ml 매일불구시복，균련속치료3개월。분별관찰병기록치료전、치료후3개월기간궤양간헐시간총화（d）화궤양복발수목총화（개）。결과：치료조총유효솔95.45％，대조조총유효솔66.67％，량조차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：회염축어탕대다음연합사리도알치료백새병구강궤양료효우우단순응용사리도알。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of epiglottis Zhuyu Decoction on behalf of the tea by oral ulcer treatment of Behcet's disease.Methods 46 cases of Behcet's disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with thalidomide plus 75mg/d epiglottis Zhuyu Decoction on behalf of the tea 1500ml daily at any time;control group was treated with thalidomide 75mg/d.Both lasted for 3 months.3 months before and after treatment were observed and recorded during the sum of ulcer interval time (days)and the total number of (a)the recurrence of peptic ulcer.Results The total effective rate was 95.45% in treatment group and control group in the total efficiency of 66.67%,with significant difference between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion The epiglottis Zhuyu Decoction on behalf of the tea combined with thalidomide in treatment of oral cavity ulcer curative effect is better than the simple application of thalidomide in Behcet's disease.
