多频投影条纹是一种光学形貌测量技术。利用多频条纹投影技术,针对实物建立了被测物体模型,实验表明:该测量技术具备实时快速、全场测量以及无损测试等众多优点,同时还具有非常高的精度,能对不连续物体进行三维形貌测量,高精度还原被测物体的真实三维形貌。

다빈투영조문시일충광학형모측량기술。이용다빈조문투영기술,침대실물건립료피측물체모형,실험표명:해측량기술구비실시쾌속、전장측량이급무손측시등음다우점,동시환구유비상고적정도,능대불련속물체진행삼유형모측량,고정도환원피측물체적진실삼유형모。
As a kind of optical topography measurement techniques,multi-frequency projection fringe is devel-oping rapidly and widely used in aerospace,biological engineering,optical testing,military detection,and other fields. In this paper,the concrete model of the object was established by means of multi frequency fringe pro-jection technique. Experiments showed that the measurement technology had real-time fast,non-contact,whole field measurement and many other advantages,at the same time,the test method also had very high accuracy. It could measure the 3D morphology of discontinuous object and eventually restore true 3D morphology.
